Dual XP installs

I want to put XP (home) on my secondary HD so my kids can play their games and what not and fool around with it and basically just try different things. I currently have XP installed on my primarty HD (serial ata). My secondary is not serial. The kids I think have messed a few things up on my current install and plus I think it is just time for a clean install. (Yes, they were set up with limited accounts) but, occasionally I would have to let them play on my profile due to some games only running on an administrator acct. My question is can anyone tell me what things to be careful of when installing dual XP OS's and how to configure them and basically how to do it?

Thanks,

SVFDFIREMAN

P.S. No, I'm not a total newb, but not by much. I have reformatted and re-installed numerous times, but this is something I've never attempted

Make sure that your SATA drive is the first in the boot priority list in the BIOS.
Backup everything that you need from your current install.
Install XP on SATA. When it asks you if you want to format, say yes and do a clean install.
Install XP again. This time, when it asks you where you want it installed select the secondary drive.
After the second installation is over, every time you boot, it will give you a choice to boot to either OS.
Set up a password for your account on SATA so that the kids cannot log into it by mistake if they choose the wrong OS at boot up.

Edit:
This does not mean that the kids can do whatever they want now! They still have to be careful with viruses and spyware. Even though the two XPs are on two different drives, a virus can screw up both!
Additional steps may be required to make the SATA OS immune to viruses on the secondary drive even if possible at all. Since you have XP home, that may be quite difficult!
