Dual Xeon motherboard?

What's the best or one of dual xeon motherboards?

I'm not sure what I want exactly in the motherboard, but here are the more than likely system specs:

Dual Xeon 2.4GHz/512k 533MHz FSB
1 GB DDR 2x512
73GB 10k RPM U320 x2 RAID1
Tape back up of some sort
52X CD-ROM

I'm not sure if onboard U320 RAID would be better or worse than a U320 RAID controller. I'll probably want onboard lan and audio for sure.
