Dual Woodcrest Xeon systems?

I know I can buy a dual Xeon system with the 5100 series Xeons (Woodcrest) from Dell, Apple and HP. I wanted to know when I should be able to purchase all the needed componets to build a dual socket Woodcrest system.

Xeon 5100's are about $950 a pop and there are several good Supermicro boards you can use.
