Dual Wide Screen?

I've been using the same comp for the 3 years since I left college. Running 1, 7 yr old CRT and 1 newer 15in lcd on an old geforce 5700 card (hopefully you feel my pain).

I just ordered up a new box with a 7900GS with dual DVI.

I'd like to run dual wide screen monitors. Something like This onethis one. Will I have any problems running the card at the full resolution on both Monitors?

More importantly, is doing a dual widecreen setup a good idea? Anyone one else have any experience with this type of setup? I want the widescreen for watching DVD's, but are they good for gaming or FPS's?

Might as well get 22" Chi Mei ones that're all appearing...

I'll be getting a pair once I've settled on one of the manufacturers lol, I'd definately say do it!

They're good for gaming, some don't support it natively, but there's widescreengaming.com or something that'll sort you out.

I run two of these

amazing...BUT!!!!
do not expect to game with both of them at one time since everything is split in half at the middle, and can be really annoying. I run my games in only one monitor and have something like iTunes or Firefox open on the other but I cant bring myself to game with both. That said, dual widescreens are amazing!! Make sure you have good desk space and can sit far enough away, but you will truly enjoy them.

I found the split between screens very annoying. I was running 3 LCDs, and unless you like the vertical bar effect, you might appreciate the widescreen more.

I got a Viewsonic widescreen 22" @ Costco for $299.99 last month. I use now 2 LCDs, but one is my desktop and the other for video playback and text viewing.
