Dual Voltage speakers?

Hello All...

I just moved to Germany from the U.S. I will probably be here for a few years. All my computer components are fine except for my Speakers (Creative Labs FPS2000) which are 120V only. 🙁

I've looked around for a suitable adapter, but the speakers require 15V and 3 amps... not something that is exactly easy to find.

So, I called creative labs, and they said that they couldn't really help me out and that I should just buy a Voltage converter. Rather than do this, I thought that I would try and find some new speakers.

Is anybody familiar with a set of high quality speakers that are dual voltage (both 120V and 220V)?

Any help is appreciated.

Ok...

Somebody help me out here... take a moment... look at your power adapter to your speakers... (or near the power cord). If your speakers are dual voltage, it should read something like 120V-220V 50/60Hz.

I'm especially interested in hearing about the Logitech Z560 speakers... surely somebody has a set that can look for me. 🙂

TIA
