Dual Video

I have a dual monitor setup with two video cards. I have my 19 inch on my Geforce2 mx400 and my old 15 inch on my old Trident 3dBlade. I use the latter for AIM and have a question. While playing games and such, i cannot access that second monitor. I like hit a brick wall on the first monitor when trying ot access the second screen (I was playing Everquest). I am running XP and was wondering if there was a prog or certain setting that i could use to make it so that i could access the second monitor while in a game. thanks
Also, is there a prog to get so i could change the background on that second monitor?

there's no way to access the second screen w/out exiting the game (temporarily or completely)

when you're gaming, the mouse and keyboard are in the game...there's no way out...as you've found out, you can still SEE the other monitor, but cannot access it...that's just how it works with gaming and dual monitors

as far as setting separate backgrounds, i have never seen such a thing, but would be interested to know if anyone else has as well

You can set different wallpapers on each monitor... I use Ultramon at RealtimeSoft, but I've heard that TweakXP or Powertoys or something can do it as well
