Dual video setup problems

I'm going to be throwing a second video card in my system and I'm wanting to know if I shold be on the lookout for any setup or operational problems. The card currently in the system is a 32mb ATI Xpert 2000 Pro with TV out and I'm planning on throwing in an ATI Xpert 128 16mb PCI card. Is there any known problems with these two cards working in the same system? It's an AMD Athlon XP 1700 running XP Pro. The comp isn't going to be doing any gaming or other graphic intensive tasks so I'm not worried about their preformance much just need them to display the picture.

Shouldn't have any problems just enable second display in display properties. And initialize AGP first in bios.
