Dual video card O/C help...with a twist

I have two videocards in my rig. A radeon hd 7950 (bitcoin miner) and a gtx 660 ti. I've tried riva tuner, trixx, afterburner to OC the cards but none of them work Due to one card being ATI and one being Nvidia. Any recommendations? I want to keep both cards in the same computer

Failed to mention that the CCC in 13.1 doesn't have the 'Performance' button for me to adjust clock and memory. I'm currently looking into it.

Not sure with different manufacturers, but to do it with 2 of the same manufacturers (even different series, with different clocks) in MSI Afterburner its just Settings - General - Master graphics processor selection. Choose one, save, adjust clocks and apply changes, choose the other.

yea MSI afterburner shows both cards in the settings but won't let me adjust settings on either card. It's weird. Even with the option unchecked that says apply the same settings to both cards I still can't OC.
