Anyone ever seen one of these before? I hate 24 hour time GMT to 12 hour time EST conversions...

Yeah, my Citizen is analog and has two timezones.

Edit: If you're talking about two sets of hands, then no.

my seiko has analog hands, but digital time zones (all around the world)....it's sweet because you can have analog time zone (central) and whatever time zone you want in digital part of the face.

Most watch manufactures have a GMT modeled watch. The main watch hands are normal 12 hour time, and you set the second hour hand to 24 hour time (usually GMT, hence the name). You then rotate the bezel, which has markings from 0-23 to the correct position off of the 24 hr hand, and can tell any timezone you want.

Rolex, for example, calls theirs the "GMT Master II."
