Dual Screen setup with Screensaver

Howdy,

I have a system running XP that has 2 monitors setup with the extended desktop, not a mirror image setup. When my screensaver comes on the primary monitor, the second screen just stays there displaying whatever was on it while the first screen gets the screensaver.

This is a screensaver at work that I don't have control over. The Windows built in screensavers work just fine.

What I'm looking for is any way to either force the screensaver to take up two screens, to show the same thing on both screens, or even to just have it blank out the second screen when the first one shows the actual screensaver.

Is there any way to do this without having to install any 3rd party software?

Thanks!

No, not without third party software or mirroring the desktop.
You could have a look at Ntune though if you have an Nvidia card.
There are sometimes problems running two instances of different open GL screensavers even with third party software.

I'd be fine even with the second screen just going blank or something but that doesn't seem to work either.

i guess they'll just have to use a different screensaver.
