Dual Quad Core Xeons... OS support?

I have a license for server 2003 small business, but am running into an issue here... does anyone know if SBS 2003 will recognize dual quad core processors? I am reading now that the OS only supports like 2 physical procs and 2 virtual procs... i would have 8 physical correct?

Do I need to use a 64 bit os?

A CPU license is per socket, not per core. 64bit OS is only required if using more than 3GB of memory.

2 physical procs = 2 physical CPU sockets.
So you'll have all 8 cores up and running.
