Dual PSU?

Just got my Aiw x1900 a few days ago. I know that Ati recommends 30Amp on 12V of your psu if you want to use this card but I only got 19A for my PSU.
It runs fine in 3D games and other stuff. However, my system reboots occasionally when I watch TV... weird. And if I overclock my sytem, the problem occurs much more often.
Guessing it's my PSU.
Well, what if I get a small PSU dedicated for my video card? I mean, use a separate PSU just for that 12V PCI-E power connector on the card.

I can see buying a new PSU if your old one doesn't supply the power.

Having an addon for whatever the cost is really trying to put a patch on a problem.

Not enough power? Upgrade to a recommended PSU. AT has a whole bunch of accepted recommendations. Try jonnyguru.com as a great source.

Hm.... interesting. They actually have small factor psu dedicated for video cards already.
I was planning to get a regular PSU, say, 250W to 300W, I'm guessing the 12V power on those should be enough for my aiw x1900 right? I can't go CF anyways...
BTW, does my problem look at a power shortage after all?

I wanna cry..... :'(

Just spent $150+ on a new PSU 500W with 33A on 12V and zalman vf900-cu for my aiw x1900....
The problem still persists...
If I watch TV eventually it will reboot all of a sudden...
In Catalyst Ati admits the problem of rebooting when watching TV, but it's for x1800 cards right?
Can someone help? I'm desperate..

I disabled auto reboot and chose full memory dump in order to see if I can get any information.
No luck. The system just goes blink and reboots itself.
No trace in windows xp so far.
