dual processor mobo question

what are my choices if any, of dual cpu mobo's, that can handle 2 celery 300a's? and maybe the possibility of overclockin them too. gimme the rundown/lowdown if possible. if not then it's all good too.
 
Don't have any mobo recomendations, but keep in mind I am pretty sure you have to modify those CPU's for dual use.
