I'm thinking about getting 2-3 shuttle K45 but it only has one networking port and only one 32-bit pci expansion slot. I need 3 networking ports.

Where can I get one nowadays?

Thanks.

Those are both PCI-X cards.
I have a 4 port RB44 from mikrotik. look it up on http://titanwireless.com/
its a 4 port 10/100 card, i have it in my router and it handles a crap load of traffic. I had a Gigabit Dlink card in it and the box would crash all the time. Now its super stable and super fast.
dont know if it works with windows.

4-ports is going to be overkill for what I need but it is cheaper than mcmilljb's recommendation at newegg (it says pci 2.2 comp.). It's going to be in a linux box. I hope it stables enough.

I like the card Nick mentioned too because it's inexpensive and pci.

It stink that the K45 doesn't have a pci-e x1 slot though.

I've got an intel tulip based 4 port somewhere in my boxes of goodies. It works in linux right from the start.
