dual pIII 933's and visual studio 6.0 question

Ok, i've been charged with the task of recommending a system that will be used for clearcase/visual studio builds

her current machine is a pIII 500, 128mb ram - really sucks at compiling

i'm recommending a dell poweredge 1400sc with dual pIII 933's , 512mb pc133 ram, 1 36gb lvd scsi 10000rpm...etc. the system is priced right, and it's been approved by mgmt, but i need to know wether or not the dual processors will fully benefit compiling visual studio on a w2k sp1 platform. the other app is rational clearcase.
