I'm looking at Dual Processor Mother boards for the PIII Genra, I've been looking into a Tyan Tyger 133 S1834 or an Intel L440GX+, any thoughts as to which one you think is better?

Are you wanting motherboards for the Pentium II or the Pentium III? Your topic is at odds with the content of your post.

Both of the boards that you mention are decent, but the Intel one will be expensive. The Lancelot 440GX+ is a workstation class board based on the GX chipset, and that is going to have a heavy price premium.

I would have recommended the ASUS P2B-D. A little old, but still an excellent board.

Yup... P2B-D gets a thumbs up for good slot1 dual board!
helped install one at the beginning of the year for a LAN server... we got it from a retailer that was getting rid of "old" stuff from his inventory very cheap... I wanted one too but when I came back all what was left where the i820 boards *yuck: rambus+P3*

Anyways that board is running a strong with a highpoint ATA-100 Raid card and 2x 600MHz P3s without any problems

Unless you already have two PII cpu at same steping, purchase a PII slot 1 mobo is not a good solution.
Dual slot one board with bx chipset is selling for about $100 or so. check on Hotdeal I remember saw some of those topic.
I like the Supermicro board, very stable and the price is much less then Intel. About the same as Tyan.

between Tyan and Intel. I would go for Intel's L440GX+
Assume:
1. Price is not an issue.
2. I am not overclock
3. I am install it into Intel's case

Very few people in general overclock dual processor systems; neither of the candidate boards support overclocking well, if at all. Certainly the Intel board does not. My preference would be for the Intel Lancelot L440GX+ board, but be aware that this board does not support 133MHz FSB processors.
