Dual OS : XP and 98SE question

I've manage to install both the OS into my comp and get both to work. Everytime the computer boot, it'll come to a screen sort of like LILO in Linux and request which OS to boot.

Problem : How can i set the default OS to boot and the duration it have to wait before selecting the default OS (25 seconds for XP).
I hope you guys understand my english here, cause i can't make it any easier.

My Computer "right click" > Properties "advanced tab"> settings. Here is where you can select your boot options. You can also edit your boot.ini from here...
