OK, I need to know what is a good Dual Opteron Mobo to use. I need stability, stability, and stability. This will be used in a video editing system with standard PCI cards and an AGP video card. Also, I've had difficulty finding a dual proc board on newegg. Am I blind or do they not sell them? Please recommend a source with the mobo of your choice. Thanks!!!

This is not quite what you are looking for.

http://www.tyan.com/products/html/thunderk8we.html

But this is the only SLI cabable board on the market with dual PCIe 16 slots with full 16 lanes on each slot not the 8/8 that you get with nForce4.

This board has connectivity galor. SCSI, PCIe, PCI-X, PCI, SATA, PATA.

This would be my choice for video editing.

MSI K8T Master2 is good and basic like you need.

I can think of a few more, but none with AGP

Iwill DK8N has PCI-E AFAIK
and the Asus K8N-DL has PCI-E also.

Why not consider Xeons for vid editing with a SuperMicro board? Don't get more stable than that. For Opteron, as much as I like my Master2, it is a poor choice in that a substantial number of users have various stability/compatibility issues with it, and if you buy retail Opterons you can't use you coolers which voids the warranty. It uses Xeon 603 coolers of all things. The Tyan opteron boards are top notch and highly recommended.
