Question Dual msata to 2.5 adapter

I have some left over msata and I read over at the lenovo forums they start using dual msata to 2.5 to a single connector.. I assume the adapter puts the card in some sort of raid mode ? is it possible to connect 2 msata to a single msata port ? no right ? sata is p2p

Also non port multiple sata ports (ie laptop)
