First of all, I'm well aware that SLI doesn't support dual monitors, so you don't need to remind me. My question is whether a workaround has been figured out for the fact that the latest drivers force a reboot when the switch is made? This didn't happen before (I think it started with the 160.xx drivers?), and it's driving me nuts argh.gif . I would just switch back to some old drivers, but the new ones actually fixed some major compatibility glitches I was having with my cards.
I always check the release notes with the latest drivers (beta ones recently), only to see that while nVidia is well aware of the problem, they don't seem to be in any kind of hurry to fix it. Wouldn't it be pretty easy to fix something like this?
