Dual Monitors (Radeon VE, Matrox, etc) and TV cards

Heya. I'm building a new PC and I plan to use the Hauppage WinTV-PVR. I also wish to use a dual monitor setup and I've been considering the G450 or G550 as well as the ATI Radeon VE.

Some things I need clarified:
1) does the Radeon VE support different resolutions for both monitors in Win2K? (I'm fairly certain the Gx50 cards can)
2) In Win2k, will I be able to display the TV card (overlay/inlay(?)) on the second monitor of the VE? What about with the Gx50?

For reference, my platform is going to be a 1.4Ghz Tbird on a KK266 mobo, audio eventually provided by Hoontech (though for now I'm using the on-board audio), a PCI NIC and, some time down the road, a DV card (probably a pinnacle dv500+).

Thanks in advance,
Lucas
