Dual Monitors possible?

I'm thinking about buying a new monitor for my computer so I can have a Dual Monitor Display. I currently have a 17" LCD Samsung which works great. I'm currently looking at:

20.1 Monitor

for my second monitor. Is it possible to have both my original 17" with the 20.1" wide-screen for a dual display? Otherwise, I'll have to go with another 17" or whatever. Thanks!

Yes they can be any resolution as long as your video card supports it.

Is there anyway to figure this out easily? My documentation for my video card is pretty sparse. I have a Nvidia Geforce 6800. Thanks for the help!

6800 will have no issues running the two resolutions required.

Hi, You can buy video cards with dual VGA outputs or better. Some systems will also let you run two video cards. Don't know all the details, but someone will probably have the info you are asking for.
