dual monitors on a video card with one DVI output

something like this but obviously not that standard. It needs to be a DVI..not an LFH or whatever port that is.

Or is it just plainly not possible with one DVI ?

No it isn't. DVI is a high speed point-to-point signalling technology. Splitter cables aren't possible.

You need a card with twin DVI outputs, be they side by side or on a special single jack like the one you linked to.

Dont most cards w/ 1 dvi port also have a VGA port also. I have used a 2 monitor set up with my 6800gt one dvi and one VGA. Or do you want them to be both digital?
