dual monitors keep crashing computer

I have a pentium 4 2.4 ghz system
768 MB PC2700 Ram
500 watt antec power supply
MSI 845 chipset 6566 mobo
Soundblaster Audigy 2
Teac DVD burner
ATI radeon 9500 pro
ATI TV wonder
Epson C80 printer
3com NIC card
2 CRT monitors(CTX and Phillips)
Windows XP SP2 with all the updates
I've upgraded all components to latest drivers and upgraded to latest bios.

When running one monitor im fine. When I run two monitors it would crash at random times. It could be running any program or just staying idle. It may not crash for a few days or a few minutes. Usually when it crashes both monitors turn black as if I lost signal to both monitors and I would have to hit the reset to come back up. If i'm playing music, the music will still be playing for a few seconds then it would loop the same word over and over then eventually go silent.

Any ideas?

Depending on your motherboard, there might be a limitation you can adjust about how many watts your powersupply is aloud to use.
