Just plug one into VGA and the other into DVI. Reboot and it'll recognize.

 
if you do any GUI based management, dual monitors is a godsend.

Exchange admin, AD, Email, intranet pages, Terminal sessions, java web UIs.

Trying fitting all that crap into one monitor. A while back I went with 2 15" LCDs, greatest thing ever. Regardless of going from a 17" down to two 15s.
