Dual Monitors, glare on second, anything I can do?

Ok, I just got the Dell 3007WFP, put it in the center and put my old Samsung 20inch on its side and right next to it. Problem is when sitting in front of the dell and looking to the side I can't get a good picture on the samsung. It's kind of like a photo negative, everything is blue/grey/black. Is there anything I can do? If I tilt the 20 inch kind of like a fold next to the Dell it helps a little but it is annoying

You're out of the viewing angle of the display, hence the "wrong" colors. Nothing you can do, other than what you're already doing - place it such that your viewing angle is as perpendicular as possible.
