Dual monitors + games

I recently installed a second, PCI vid card for a second monitor. Now my GL games crash.....I can get D3D games to work fine, but I can't get Q3 to run at all, or run UT in GL mode. My second card is an SiS 6326 4MB card. Any ideas? I tried reinstalling Q3, no luck.

TIA
JC

Are you trying to run the games with the second monitor enabled? Since 99% of the games out there don't support dual monitors, that appears to be the cause of your problems.

Simple as that, eh? I just figured the games would play on the main monitor like before....just like the D3D games do now, with the second monitor enabled.

Well, the GL games work fine if I disable the second monitor first.....but D3D games don't mind the second monitor. Guess I'll have to live with it.

You don't experience major slowdowns with the D3D games with the second monitor enabled?

I thought the problems with gaming and 2 monitors was an issue with most all games. I'll have to try playing some of my D3D games and see how it works...

Actually, Unreal Tournament would run on the main monitor in GL mode....but super slowly. It runs fine in D3D, even with the second monitor enabled.
