So i've been playing around with DSR some on my 780's, and I also have dual monitors. It doesn't behave in a way I find acceptable.
example: I'll have both monitors set at 1440p for regular desktop use, and I'll have the Afterburner hw monitor panel open on my 2nd screen. Then I launch Wow, which I have running in 4x DSR res. Whenever the game launches, it completely screwed up any window placement I had on the 2nd monitor, and in order to get the hardware monitor panel on the 2nd screen where I want it, I have to set Windows resolution of the 1st monitor, to whatever resolution I'm using in game to be able to get proper window placement on the 2nd monitor. And of course, the second I go back to windows, or another game that uses 1440p, I have to move the windows all over again.
This is really irritating, is there any way to set things up so that the 2nd display ignores the resolution of the first display so I dont have to move things around like this?
