So I have an nVidia card with nview... and two monitors. Whenever I play a video or DVD, the secondary monitor automatically full screens to that video. Anyhow, everytime I do this, the video is compressed vertically. It is a widescreen monitor. There seem to be two black bars on the top and bottom which are not used at all, and then two more black bars on the top and bottom that is actually part of the video file. In other words, the black on the top and bottom is larger than it should be. The aspect ratio then becomes messed up. While the real time display on the primary monitor (inside windows media player) is the correct aspect ratio.
Moreover, when playing a DVD, the secondary monitor's video defaults to 640x480 resolution and the picture looks terrible... anyway to avoid this?
Thanks.
