Dual Monitor. Starting to do research.

I have 2 rather large 21 inch lcds (211mp) that i want to dual monitor. The native resolution is 1600x1200. what would be the best method to dual monitor these?

I have a ti500 right now linked to 1. These monitors do not have dvi connection. I have an abit at7 mobo.

I don't want to spend more than 300. But will if i have too.
