Dual monitor setup

I'm looking for an office setup for dual monitors on the cheap I was leaning towards the Radeon 5450 but it needs a 400 watt PS and I doubt I will buy a computer with that, any recommendations for a decent cheap card?

what is the reason you need dedicated card? and one that has good 3D capabilities?

If you really don't need good 3D power, you can get cheapest dedicated card.

Most modern motherboards allow for 2x displays anyways. 8-series Intel boards (IIRC) can even allow up to 4 displays without any discrete cards...

Also, it doesn't really need a 400w PSU, unless it's a terrible PSU.
You can use a quality 200w PSU and have zero issues with most office level CPUs. But as mentioned, you can use dual monitors on Intel or AMD IGP.
