I'm a little confused...

On the box for my GeForce4 MX440 graphics card, it states:

"Integrated Dual 350MHz DACs:
Drives two independent CRT displays..."

Now I have two CRT monitors, one of which is obviously running on the card atm, but the problem is the card only has one VGA output (a DSUB). How do I connect both monitors? From what I understand if I use a VGA splitter cable or something of that sort it would just duplicate the output on the monitors, whereas I want to be able to have twice the space and spread my Desktop across both monitors. How do I go about achieving this with my current card? Do I have to buy another graphics card or a new card with two VGA outputs to achieve what I want?

Cheers for your help folks!

Does it have DVI output? If so an adapter and you're ready. If not.... well.... I believe you cannot do it. Surely the box is one of does cheapo that have information about more than one product so they cut some costs.

It only has the DSUB output, no DVI. It also has a TV-out, but that obviously ain't gonna be a great deal of use.

It is describing my GPU. Admittedly it's a cheapish card, but the boxing description that I quoted is for the card I have.

Any more help please people?

Cheers,

Your dual "monitors" in this case would be DSub+Svideo. Welcome to the world of crappy and/or misleading product descriptions. :p
