Taken picture with phone, prtScn obviously wouldnt work. So my problem is that the monitors [AOC 24B1H]have the same hardware settings, and one is smooth and the other one
is not kind of hard edged. I tried swapping the HDMi port on my video card [750 ti] and tried a new HDMi cable, and the problem still exists.
Any ideas what could be done?

edit: the monitor's hardware menu looks the same, so it's just as sharp on the left as on the right
