dual monitor setup help

hope this is the right spot to post this 🙂

if i run dual monitor and have a game running on one and Internet Explorer running on the other, everytime i switch between them it minimizes the game, i dont want it to do that. any know what im talking about or know how to fix it?

dang it doesnt have the option to run it,
you wouldnt know where i can get a window patch for lineage 2 would you 🙂
