dual monitor setup (2405's) while gaming...?

Just bought an asus AX850XT PE vid card to play games on occassion, however I have a question on the displays. I have two 2405's and if I connected both to the card for a dual monitor setup, would that screw up my chances of having a positive gaming experience? Is there a way to ensure that the game only occupies one of the two monitors in this type of setup? I was going to hook each display up to its own system, but I have a few other 19in LCD's laying around my house, so figured perhaps a dual 2405 setup would be interesting. I mostly only play WoW and BF2 btw. Thanks.
 
The games will play on the primary monitor by default, you can generally leave stuff open on the other monitor without issue if you like.
