A few weeks ago i got an older 15" monitor and paired it with my 19" 1 year old monitor, as my geforce 4 ti 4400 had a dual monitor port. Everything worked out fine, using nview, but now i'm noticing that my left[19"] monitor [primary, as it has the taskbar], is like, vibrating, and its quite annoying on the eyes. my monitor on the right [the old 15"] is unaffected and does not vibrate.

i've no idea what this could be, poor drivers, i think i have the latest version of n view or whatever, so it sholdn't be that. any ideas?

Try going back to one monitor (the 19' one). If it still vibrates, then try moving the 15' away. If still vibrating, try degaussing. If still vibrating, then monitor may be going bad. Good luck. I'm running a dual monitor on my TI 4600. I was lucky enough to find two 19' NEC's.

the emi shielding is probably not as good as it should be on one of them, thus its causing interfernece

my dual monitors used to get interference.. there would be this line that kept moving up.. but I ignored it.. and after a while it disappeared

I bet that old, badly shielded 15" is imposing its magnetical field over onto the big one. You wouldn't be the first.

I have the same problem w/ my dual monitor setup when the monitors are set for different refresh rates. I keep them both at 85 and everything is fine.
