Dual Monitor question

I've recently added a second LCD to my computer, and am playing two copies of the same game, one in each window. The basic setup works fine, but the one problem I'm having is that I have to open the game in the primary monitor, then drag it over to the secondary. What I'm looking for is a way to force a certain program (via a shortcut or whatever) to open only in the secondary monitor. Is there a way to do this?

You might take a look at UltraMon. I believe it will do what you want.

Many programs will remember what monitor they were last opened on and then open on the monitor upon subsequent launchings. But, this is not true with all software, and apparently is not true for your game. So, again, UltraMon might be a solution for you.
