dual monitor question

Have 2 monitors hooked up to a Radeon 3850, want the 2nd only to be used for the media center software (XBMC) The best method I've found so far to get it it to show up on the 2nd screen when I launch it. Was to make a shortcut in Ultramon where I press C+A+N. Is there a better way? I'd like to be able to press nothing but the Green button on my MCE remote and have XBMC open on the 2nd monitor.

2nd issue, when I get XBMC up on my 2nd monitor the remote only controls what's on the main screen. What do I need to do to fix this?
