Dual monitor problem...SP2 issue?

I've been using dual monitors for years with no problem, using a GeForce Ti500 for the primary display and a TNT for the secondary display, both on 17-inch CRTs. Recently I reformatted and reinstalled XP Pro with SP2. Since then, performance on the secondary display is horrible. The mouse freezes whenever I try to drag windows or even open menu items, and it'll stay frozen for several seconds before it lets me move the window or interact with the menu again. I'm using the latest Nvidia drivers.

Does anyone know if this is an issue with SP2? Thanks for any input...
