Dual Monitor - Power Saver not working

The specs on the box are below. In short, the dual monitor setup is fine, except for 1 tiny problem. When I setup the Power Saving feature (turn-off monitors after X minutes of inactivity) only 1 monitor turns off. The only monitor is still powered, and reports "No Analog Signal". Move the mouse and everything comes back to life perfectly.

Any ideas on how to get both monitored to go into power saver mode?

Dual LG L1920P (connected via analog)
Latest Nvidia drivers -> Horizontal Span Virtual Display 2560 x 1024
