Dual monitor issue

I am trying to set up a dual monitor configuration with my ATi X700 with two CRT monitors. However, once I plug the second monitor into the card, the primary monitor begins flicking on and off. Help is appreciated.

I have just switched the two monitors just to see what would happen. So far, the second monitor as the primary monitor went black for about a second, and returned to the display. Could it be that the first monitor is bad? Or is there some sort of setting that I should have set, but haven't?

[edit] Now it has flickered off then on three more times, but not as often as the first.

This is agitating.

[edit2] For a while the first monitor (now secondary) didn't work. All of a sudden, it turns on, but has a yellow tint.

Nevermind. The problem seems to have resolved itself. Crazy technology.
