Dual monitor help

Hi guys, my name is Aaron. I currently have a GeForce FX 5500 hooked to a PCI and just today my aunt gave me her monitor that she no longer needed. My question is, is their any way to hook up the 2nd monitor to my PC using the GeForce and maybe the onboard video card. The GeForce does not have dual monitor capabilities. Thanks in advance.

Your card would need dual outputs or you would need to add a PCI video card in order to get 2 monitors. Unfortunatly you won't be able to enable both the onboard video and still use the video card. Now may be a good excuse to pick up a video card upgrade. For about $40 you can pick up a card like this Geforce 6200.

Now a bad price and it will be a marked improvment over your current card.
