Dual monitor help! (TV-Out)

My laptop has an S-Video out port. I hooked up my TV and tried to do a dual monitor setup. I want to watch video (either WMP or PowerDVD) on my TV while working on my laptop.

When WMP is in full screen on my TV and I click anything on my laptop, WMP goes out of Full Screen.

With PowerDVD, the window with the video won't show any images on the TV. When I drag the window onto my laptop, it displays fine.

Anyone know what I can do?

Laptop specs:
Dell Inspiron 4150
P4 1.7GHz
256MB RAM
ATI Radeon 7500 w/ 32MB RAM
S-Video Out

I use "theater Mode" for TV-out (enable it on the "overlay" tab) I also use ATI's file player (MMC) because it will minimize to the task bar, clearing up the desktop. Should work the same for your laptop.

Using 6166 drivers (cat 2.3) and XP.

Sweet....that helped 😀

How do I use ATI's file player to minimize the window into the task bar?
