Dual Monitor Help needed

Hey All....
this should be real easy....I hope...

WinXP Machine with a GF3 TI200 driving a 753DF and ATI Graphics Turbo Pro 4MB(PCI) driving a 15" old Gateway.

I was able to make them both work fine by letting the ATI be the INIT card....

I configured it fine and had an Excel window open on Mon 2 while Word was open in Mon 1 and was able to freely move between them both....

Now I start a game that goes into Full screen mode on 1 display and suddenly I cant move the mouse into the other display/monitor...

I have to ALT-TAB to the desktop and then I can move over to the other display....

Any hints on how to fix this??? The game needs to run in Fullscreen mode on one monitor....

thx

Mark

Hello Mark,

I have been multi monitoring for close to two years now and it's been my experience that when playing games your secondary monitor(s) are pretty much useless.

I have experimented with many settings but nothing seems to help.

What's more, before starting any game I disable secondary monitors so I don't experience any problems. Whereas playing computer games takes all of my attention, I have found this to be the best solution.

For added functions for multi monitors, you should get UltraMon, its a great little program.

Hope this helps.

You can get UltraMon here.
