Dual Monitor Configuration

I am currently running two Syncmaster 191T Plus LCD's off of a single Radeon 9800 on Catalyst Drivers. The two pictures they show look different. The one plugged into the VGA looks like it has a higher gamma; it is brighter. All the software settings are identicle. Does anyone know why this is, or how to fix it; it is somewhat irratating. Any input or suggestions would be appreciated.

read the manual, make sure they both run the same settings,
mine has 4 preconfigured modes:
Text / Internet / Entertain...
make sure they are both set to 75hz refresh

They need to be set to 60 Hz. LCDs don't even "refresh", so it's pointless to run a higher image frequency. On the analog VGA connection, it's actually counterproductive since the higher frequency implies a worse signal quality.

And yes, color reproduction on the analog signal is prone to be less accurate than on digital DVI. And even if you're running them both on analog, you'll notice differences since no two analog VGA outputs are the same, not even if they're on the same card.
