A friend wants to upgrade and wants a dual-display setup. Most ATI 9600-9800 cards include 1-DVI plus 1-VGA, but can both be used at once? Do ATI dual-monitor drivers work well in Windows XP? He's leaning towards the Asus 9600XT card for $199.
