dual matrox vid cards in win2k

i have the g400 max running under win2k and want to add complete dual monitor capability so i went out and got a pci g200...is there going to
be any trick to me adding this second card to be able to get dual screens running properly....?

do i need to worry about driver issues since they are both matrox cards? i don't have any experience running dual video cards under windows...
