Dual Layer

For dual layer dvd+r's or in general dual layer DVD's...do most regular dvd players play them?

They should as most store bought dvd movies are on a Dual Layer DVD
as pressed from the factory

As Bruce stated, nearly all commercially produced movies and music videos are dual layer DVDs. Not all HE systems will play DVD+R, but the newer ones do.
