I have 5150 also, but your are limited on the certain cards you can have. First of all, it is impossible to fit a double slot card in the machine. As far as I know, ATi x1800xl and Nvidia's 7900GT cards would fit in the case....

FYI

so dell dimension doesn't support dual graphics,

other than we can go for high end PCI express cards from ATI & Nvidia

like
ATi x1800xl and Nvidia's 7900GT cards would fit in the case....

Because i am using CAD applications on this machine.

please suggest me

You're better off using ATI FireGL or Nvidia Quadro Workstation cards for CAD.

Either add a second older video card into an available PCI slot, or replace the current video card with one with two connectors. If you go the PCI route just find a radeon 7000 PCI card somewhere. If you do serious CAD then pkme2 is right, replace the AT 300 with a Quadro or FireGL.
