dual gigabit LANs

i know i've been using this board for a year but i'm trying to find out how to connect to my media center from my computer.

i enabled all connections on and connected to media computer via ethernet cable. tried to remote connect but connection was denied.

is there a possibility to get this to work?

What exactly you want to do?

Remote Control, and sharing files are two different things, whic one you need.

actually, i just want to remote connect to them and configure some files there. media computer is connected to tv via s-video but connect to my computer via ethernet cable.
